
Three from NEHC Earn All-American Honors

GLOUCESTER, MASS. – NCAA Division III women's head coaches have recognized the top 32 hockey players in their division by selecting them as CCM Hockey/AHCA All-Americans for 2024-25. Erika Goleniak of Elmira College earned 1st Team Honors while Erin Murray of William Smith College and Livia Brooks of Norwich University were recognized on the 3rd Team.
Goleniak earned All-America honors for the second consecutive year, garnering East First Team recognition for the Elmira College women's ice hockey program. Last year, Goleniak earned East Second Team honors at the forward position for the Purple & Gold. Goleniak is the 24th player in program history to earn first-team honors. She was named the NEHC Player of the Year and finished the season for Elmira with 18 goals, 22 assists, and 40 points, all of which are career highs. She closes her career with the Purple & Gold, having played 120 games and ranks 12th all-time with 122 points.
Murray, the NEHC Goaltender of the Year, played the majority of the minutes in goal for William Smith this season. The first team All-NEHC selection was 9-12-2 with a 1.37 GAA and a .948 save percentage. Murray posted a William Smith single-season record seven shutouts. She was 13th in the nation in save percentage and 20th in GAA.
In her second straight season earning First-Team All-Conference recognition from the New England Hockey Conference (NEHC), Brooks remained a consistent offensive force, finishing in the top five in the conference (26) and goals (15). In addition to becoming the 24th All-American in the program's 17-year history, Brooks becomes the sixth Cadet to earn the honors multiple times, doing so in back-to-back years.
